During the baking extravaganza, they made bread, folded dough, and sorted food boxes for the needy.

Harper Bazaar’s royal editor Omid Scobie revealed that Homeboy Industries is run by Father Gregory Boyle.

Former actress Meghan and her royal husband have reportedly been speaking to Boyle about the issue of racial injustice amid widespread Black Lives Matter protests.

Meghan and Boyle met 20 years ago at a Homeboy Industry cooking workshop, where she made tamales with her mom, Doria.

Boyle has worked with Meghan’s alma mater, Immaculate Heart High School in LA.

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were just ‘Harry and Meghan’ to the homies,” he said. “They rolled up their sleeves and deeply engaged with our workers in the bakery and cafe. It was immediate kinship and heartening in its mutuality.”

Its 9,000 members are helped via job training, mental health services, GED classes, and legal services.

While Meghan and Harry successfully gave back to vulnerable people, they could make millions for giving speeches after reportedly signing with an elite agency that represents the Obamas and the Clintons.

According to reports, the couple have joined the Harry Walker Agency, which also boasts big names like Serena Williams and Oprah Winfrey as clients.
