PRINCE Harry poses a bigger problem to the British monarchy than disgraced Andrew, a royal expert and author has claimed.
Tina Brown, author of a bombshell book on the Royal Family, claims the Duke and Duchess of Sussex pose the biggest threat to the Firm’s future.
Ms Brown told Bloomberg News: “The Prince Andrew issue has been ring-fenced, making Harry a bigger problem for the monarchy”.
The royal author added how the Firm “isn’t going anywhere” – and that Prince Charles will become a transitional monarch, to “get things in shape for William”.
Ms Brown added William and Kate will need to balance the gravitas of the thousand-year-old institution with their “more European, less traditional” way of doing things.
The royal author added the UK was facing an “identity crisis”, between the “dropped shoe” moment of the cost-of-living crisis and awaiting the Queen’s eventual passing.
