MEGAN Markle reportedly “trampled on others to get to the top like a politician,” her biographer has claimed.

Journalist Tom Bower said his upcoming tell-all book would include “extraordinary information” about the Duchess of Sussex’s rise to royalty.

According to the Daily Mail Bower claimed the book will feature stories from the Royal’s ‘victims’.

When asked by GB News’ Mark Dolan about his book, Bower responded: “Well, in fact, I’ve finished it and it will be out very soon.

“It is a story, an untold story. I have found out things which are really quite extraordinary about her.

“And I think that the public perception of her will be either confirmed or outraged, or in any case, it’ll be a great surprise.”

EYES ON THE PRIZE

Meghan ‘trampled over people to get to top in totally cynical move’

He went on: ‘It has turned out to be…a very, very hard slog because people were pretty reluctant to speak and she and her lawyers had done very well to keep people silent, but I got through [to] enough.

“And it’s a great story. It is an astonishing story of a woman who came from nothing and is now a world figure and has trampled on all those others on the way which is classic for the sort of people I always choose, whether it’s a politician or a tycoon.”

Experts had previously cited a differing opinion that Meghan often enjoyed luxuries as a kid thanks to her estranged father Thomas Markle.

As a successful actress, Meghan built up a large nest egg before meeting her future husband, in 2016.

Starring as Rachel Zane in Suits, she pulled in £40,000 an episode during seven series of the legal drama – or £360,000 a year.

Meghan had also established herself as an influencer, earning an estimated £56,000 a year from endorsements on her lifestyle website Tig.

When she walked down the aisle in 2018, she is estimated to have brought £3.5million to the marriage, according to Forbes.

At the time, she had no property, having rented the Toronto townhouse she lived in while filming the legal drama.

These days she can be seen living with Prince Harry and her two children, Archie and Lilbet, at their stunning  £11million mansion in Los Angeles.

Last week the couple revealed they would attend the Platinum Jubilee celebrations, despite being snubbed by the Queen for a spot on the balcony.

The visit will be the first time Harry and Meghan have brought their family to the UK since leaving for the US in 2020.

However, the Duchess of Cambridge has reportedly been told to be “cautious” during the Sussex’s stay in the UK.

Tom Bower claimed the Duke of Cambridge “will worry” about the possibility his brother Prince Harry and sister-in-law Meghan will try to steal the limelight
