PRINCE Andrew has been seen leaving the Royal Lodge in Windsor today after being left out of Beatrice’s wedding photos at the weekend.

Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi married at Windsor Castle on Friday, July 17, but there was no sign of her father Andrew in any of the official photos.

The Duke of York has come under fire for his links to Jeffrey Epstein and British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, who was arrested for her alleged role in procuring young girls for the disgraced paedophile.

Prince Andrew is currently being called to help the FBI with their investigation of Ghislaine Maxwell.

He “vehemently” denies any wrongdoing.

The couple were due to wed in May – but their nuptials had to be postponed due to the coronavirus.

It had previously been reported that Beatrice was isolating with Mr Mapelli Mozzi’s family in Oxfordshire.

PRIVATE CEREMONY

But ahead of her surprise wedding, Beatrice had moved in with her parents at Royal Lodge in Windsor, meaning that the Duke was able to walk her down the aisle at the private ceremony, according to the Telegraph.

Despite current coronavirus rules prohibiting the father of the bride from walking his daughter down the aisle, sources confirmed that the royals were able to, since they were isolating together “for some time.”

The Palace released two initial wedding photos on Saturday — one featured the Princess and her new husband while the other showed the newlyweds with the Queen and Prince Philip.

Less than 20 guests attended the wedding on Friday

Another two photos were later released – but Prince Andrew was still absent from both.

For the wedding, Princess Beatrice, 31, wore a vintage 1950s dress loaned by the Queen’s wardrobe for the low-key occasion on Friday with less than 20 guests.

The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Andrew and Fergie and Edoardo’s parents attended the “Covid secure” event along with the bride’s sister Princess Eugenie, 30, and her husband Jack Brooksbank.

SECRET WEDDING

Edoardo’s son Wolfie, three, from a previous relationship, was best man and page boy.

Princess Eugenie has wished her “beautiful big sister” Princess Beatrice a lifetime of happiness with her new husband.

Sharing a photo of the happy couple with her 1.1m followers, Princess Eugenie joked that she “couldn’t Bea happier” about her sister’s wedding.

She wrote: “What a complete joy and privilege to watch you, my beautiful big sister, walk down the aisle to dear Edo.

“I am so proud of you and I’m so excited to support you in the next chapter of your life. We are going to have so much fun together!”

Beatrice and Edoardo reportedly met in September 2018, about a month before Eugenie got married on October 12.

A friend told HOAR: “Beatrice and Edo have the same circle of friends and were introduced through a mutual chum.

“They hit it off instantly and have a real laugh together. They’ve been on holiday together and Beatrice introduced him to Fergie and her dad.

“Things are moving very quickly and it wouldn’t surprise anyone if they got engaged within a short period of time.

“They could even be tying the knot in 2019 — it’s already been discussed by her friends.

“Everyone is thrilled that Bea is so happy and in such a good place right now.”

The couple got engaged in Italy in September 2019, before announcing their news to the world on September 26, 2019.

Revealing the proposal on Twitter, they said they were “extremely happy” to share the news.

They added: “We are both so excited to be embarking on this life adventure together and can’t wait to be married.”
