Royal Ascot 2020: Day two entries released with runners and riders for feature Prince of Wales’s Stakes

WEDNESDAY’s feature Group 1 Prince Of Wales’s Stakes has attracted a high-class field of entries.

A possible 12 runners are in contention, led by Aidan O’Brien quartet Japan, Magic Wand, Fleeting and Magical.

Japan won last year’s King Edward at the meeting

Charlie Appleby is to step top-level winner Barney Roy up in trip who returns after finding his best feet again in Dubai. While Roger Charlton will rely on his classy Headman in the feature.

John Gosden is potentially triple-handed as he has Mehdaayih, Lord North and Terebellum entered. The latter two also hold entries in Tuesday’s Queen Anne.

William Haggas will be hopeful of further rain for Aussie sensation Addeybb while in-form Andrew Balding has entered the exciting Bangkok.
