Leanne rages at Sam when she spots him playing with Oliver’s music box

When Leanne discovered that Sam existed, she admitted that she hated Nick for the life he’d now have with his son.

Nick and Leanne only grow further apart in the countdown to Christmas when Sam asks if he can move in rather than heading to London with his mum.

Upcoming episodes will see Leanne tell Nick that Sam moving in isn’t an option right now.

Later in the week, Nick heads out to pick up Sam for a visit and is touched when they return home to find that Leanne has cooked a Christmas meal.

Nick moves into his ex Natasha’s flat over Christmas

But disaster strikes when Leanne sees Sam playing with Oliver’s musical box and lashes out at the youngster.

A defeated Leanne tells Nick that it’d be better if he rented a flat and moved Sam in.

Natasha agrees to leave Sam with Nick for the three months she’ll be in London – and lets him move into her flat for Christmas.

Leanne, meanwhile, hides away in her flat over the festive season, consumed with grief over the loss of her son Oliver.

Will Leanne regret her decision to kick Nick out?

Coronation Street aired Oliver’s final tragic scenes last month after Leanne finally agreed to let him die.

Oliver had been diagnosed with mitochondrial disorder but Leanne remained in denial about Oliver’s condition and spent weeks fighting a legal battle to stop doctors switching off his life support.

But once Oliver’s liver failed and he had to be resuscitated by doctors, Leanne agreed it was time to say goodbye.

Oliver passed away in his mum’s arms in emotional scenes.
