CORONATION Street’s Robert Preston has been pictured bleeding and unconscious after a horror crash with a lorry.
The two-timing restaurateur – who is played by actor Tristan Gemmill in the ITV soap – will see his double life exposed after the accident as both fiancee Michelle Connor and secret fiancee pregnant Vicky rush to the hospital to see him.

Robert’s airbag goes off in the smash
In new pictures from filming, Robert’s head is bowed and he has cuts across his face. The crash set his airbag off, while the lorry driver rushes to check if he’s OK.
A source exclusively told The Sun Online: “Roberts speeding in Michelles car when he crashes into a lorry.
“Hell be rushed to hospital after the horror crash but thats just the beginning of his problems.
“Both his fiances Michelle and Vicky will be terrified when they hear of whats happened and head to the hospital to be with him.”

Robert has been desperate to keep the women from finding out about each other and has ended up engaged to both of them desperate to keep his relationship with Michelle and his baby with Vicky.
But after a series of near-misses the accident could be the thing that puts them in the same room together.
The insider added: “If they come face to face Roberts lies could be exposed and his whole life will fall apart.
“Theyll want to kill him – but hell have to survive catastrophic injuries first.”

Actors Tristan and Kym Marsh have confirmed they are quitting the soap later this year as Robert and Michelle.
Actress Kerri Quinn, who plays Vicky, also revealed she is set to leave the show at the end of the current storyline.
A Coronation Street spokeswoman declined to comment.
