SPOILER pictures of EastEnders’ 35th anniversary River Thames tragedy shows Keanu Taylor rescued as Mick and Linda Carter stunt doubles film for the dramatic episodes.

The cast and crew of the BBC One soap were spotted at the Royal Victoria Dock shooting more controlled scenes for the special episode.

BBC health and safety execs have been forced to call on stunt doubles for some of the more cold and dangerous shots, with the wardrobe giving away who the professionals are standing in for.

With it confirmed that a major character will die during the Thames’ party, it looks as though Mick and Linda are out of the danger zone as their doubles are pulled into the safety of lifeboats during filming.

While actors Danny Dyer and Kellie Bright can’t be seen, professionals wearing Mick’s telltale waistcoat and Linda in a bright pink dress with her blonde hair scraped up have seemingly revealed that the party’s hosts will survive.

Keanu actor Danny Walters can also be seen on a boat, with the runaway hunk set to make a sensational return for the anniversary.

The shock scenes will air next month and fans have been desperate to find out who will be killed off as part of the milestone episode.

Some viewers have theorised that Callum, played by Tony Clay, will be the one to get the boot after boyfriend Ben dumped him.

The Walford bad boy was forced to split with the aspiring police officer because he didn’t want him to get involved in the family’s dodgy dealings – including the murder of Keanu.

Unaware that hitman Martin actually let the mechanic go, Ben has been racked with guilt since the Christmas ‘assassination’.

Fans now believe that Callum dying could unleash an even darker side of Ben, which they reckon executive producer Kate Oates is keen to explore.

Discussing the upcoming storyline, an EastEnders source told us: “Where better place for a major death than on the Thames itself, which is so central to the show?

“Trouble has been brewing in Walford for a while, and they decided it was the perfect occasion to see off a big name.

“Its thought that as part of the dramatic scenes Sharon will give birth on the boat, but she is just one of many who could see themselves go overboard to an icy, watery death”

The weeks episodes, which will air in the third week of February, will focus on 24 hours as the guests board the ferry and begin to celebrate.

Beeb bosses have also promised drama back in Albert Square while half of the neighbourhood are away celebrating.

Producer Jon Sen said: “We wanted to entertain the audience on the iconic river which has heralded the start of the show for 35 years.”
