Viewers will see Honey stressed ahead of the big community event this Christmas in Walford.
The upcoming scenes will see Honey shriek in horror when she realises the fridge is broken and that she’ll have to cancel the event.
But luckily her knight in shining armour Jay saves the day by arriving with a team of caterers just in time to pull off the event.
Honey and Jay get swept up in the festivities as the event begins and one thing leads to another as they share a kiss.
But their bubble is burst when Billy walks in and stares in horror at them kissing.
Billy is speechless as Honey and Jay try to explain – and ends up storming out.
Viewers know that Honey recently went through a terrible ordeal when her evil date Paul spiked her drink.
Jay and Honey have grown closer in recent weeks as he’s supported her in the aftermath of the attack and attended meetings with DI Ward about the incident.
Emma Barton revealed that a “very complicated” romance between Honey and Jay would cause “quite a lot of conflict”.
The actress shared with Metro.co.uk: “It’s really interesting, Jay has been her support after all of this and she has supported him too and helped him to grow up that bit more.
“There are definite complicated feelings there and what I would say is that you can’t help who you fall for.
Speaking about how a romance between Honey and Jay would ruffle her ex Billy’s feathers, she added: “If anything did happen, it would be very complicated and cause quite a bit of drama because she, Jay and Billy have such a history together and poor Billy, he still loves Honey very much.”
She added: “It might cause a lot of conflict.”
