Lisa Fowler has been desperate to avenge her best friend Mels death after she was killed by a lorry following a car chase with Sharon.
The grieving friend is set to discover that Louises husband-to-be Keanu is the real dad of Sharons baby and lose it.
But will she be the one to reveal the truth to Phil?
The official EastEnders synopsis reads: “Secrets and lies are set to explode in Walford this Christmas, leaving more than one family left torn apart forever
“Sharon and Keanu have been harbouring their secret for months but they should know that secrets never stay secret in Albert Square.

Martin is set to go even more off the rails as he gets involved in an explosive Christmas confrontation.
Images show him waving a gun around and holding a terrified Linda Carter hostage.
The scene looks set to be the culmination of the dramatic Sheanu plotline.

As a result of the drama chez Mitchell, Keanu is set to leave the BBC One soap later this year.
Danny Walters announcement that he is quitting EastEnders left fans convinced thered be blood on Phils hands.
EastEnders boss Jon Sen hinted that Keanu could meet a grisly end in devastating scenes.
He told HOAR Online: “Keanus story is set to come to a dramatic and blistering conclusion in the near future as one of best kept secrets on the Square is finally revealed with devastating consequences.”

EastEnders are set to shine a light of alcoholism this Christmas as Queen Vic landlady Linda Carter spirals out of control.
Viewers have watched Linda turn to the bottle after struggling to cope with family drama in recent weeks.
The Queen Vic landlady was humiliated when she was arrested outside the school gates for drink driving and has struggled to live it down to the other mums.
EastEnders boss Jon Sen said: Lindas descent into alcoholism will be instantly recognisable to many.
Its a journey that begins with a single drink to cope with the everyday ups and downs, but quickly escalates to a point which wreaks devastation on their life and the lives of those around them.
