EASTENDERS star Davood Ghadami showed off his seriously impressive muscles in a “tough” workout last night.
The 38-year-old actor, who will be be leaving the role this year in a dramatic exit, flashed his bulging biceps as he lifted weights in a steamy home video.
Davood, who plays Kush Kazemi on the BBC One soap, has always been in phenomenal shape and he was hard at work training once again.
He showed off his rippling abs as he stripped topless teamed with a pair of navy blue gym shorts.
The TV star shared the video on his social media, where the actor was recorded doing his workout.
He captioned it: “That was tough. 21.3 and 21.4. [referring to the weights]”
He performed the difficult exercise, but made it look rather easy as he pushed his body to the limit.
It’s not the first time he has delighted fans with gym updates, he showed off his rippling abs while working up a sweat back in September.
He displayed his muscular physique while upside down in a black and white video.
EastEnders bosses have confirmed Davood will be leaving his role as Kush as part of an “explosive” storyline set to play out into 2021.
But the BBC soap are yet to confirm how Kush will be leaving the Square.
The actor was axed from his role after producers made the choice not to renew his contract in favour of a dramatic exit.
A source revealed: “Davood’s contract was up and bosses decided his storyline had run its course.”
They continued to The Mirror: “He’ll be missed but they’re making sure he goes out with a bang. Sometimes the cost of having a big storyline means losing big characters.”
A rep for EastEnders confirmed the star’s departure from the show.
There’s no word yet from soap bosses whether the door will be left open for Kush’s return to the Square.
