EASTENDERS’ Tilly Keeper has hinted that Louise Mitchell will be the one to expose Sharon and Keanu’s affair – leading to Phil taking catastrophic revenge this Christmas.
Phil has worked out that his wife Sharon is pregnant with somebody else’s baby, but currently believes that the father is Jack Branning.
Viewers know that she actually enjoyed a steamy affair with hunky Keanu Taylor – who just welcomed a little girl with Sharon’s step-daughter Louise.
The truth is all set to come out over the festive period, and 22-year-old Tilly has teased that her character might actually be the most instrumental in exposing it all.
She said: “She’s got that kind of scheming side to her and she knows how to manipulate people.
“She’s definitely trying to manipulate the truth out of both parties so she’s playing the field between Sharon and Keanu by separately quizzing them about last year.
“But with every answer theyre giving her, it’s feeding the fact that she’s really trying to deny the truth even to herself.”
The actress also admitted that her dad and brother, Phil and Ben, quizzing her about how Sharon behaved while Phil was away last year arouses her suspicion, adding: “Louise is so caught up in her own life and drama so when that reality is brought to her again, it definitely does spark something but she doesnt want to play on it too much because she wants to have the best Christmas with her baby girl.
“But there is an underlying tension of her remembering her own suspicions from the last year.”
Tilly went on to share that fans may be surprised by her character’s reaction to the bombshell, warning “it’s a reaction I don’t think anyone will expect!”.
With Danny Walters, who plays Keanu, confirmed to be leaving the BBC One soap, fans are convinced that Phil will murder him.
The Walford hardman has already shown his vengeful side as he plotted to run Jack over in last night’s episode of the show with the belief that he’d been sleeping with Sharon.
He will no doubt be left even more angry when he discovers that his wife’s affair was actually with his daughter’s fiance.
Earlier this month, HOAR Online revealed that Tilly is also leaving EastEnders after four years on the programme, with a source telling us at the time: “Its well known that Sharon and Keanus secret is set to explode this Christmas and as the truth finally comes out, the impact on the Mitchells will be huge.
“Bosses are staying tight lipped about what is set to happen to all involved but its set to be an explosive Christmas.”
Soap bosses have promised the festive plot will change Walford forever.
The official synopsis reads: “Secrets and lies are set to explode in Walford this Christmas, leaving more than one family left torn apart forever
“Sharon and Keanu have been harbouring their secret for months but they should know that secrets never stay secret in Albert Square.
“As their lies begin to unravel its only a matter of time until Phil finds out the truth and when he does, there will only be one thing on his mind revenge.”
