Last night things got a lot worse for Ben.

He witnessed a group of homophobic men taking the mickey out of his husband Callum’s poster.

The mechanic challenged one of them, who was wearing a red hoodie, but was stopped by Lewis Butler.

The pair ended up going to The Albert and Ben started drinking very strong cocktails prepared by Lewis.

The homophobic gang turned up and wanted to have a drink by Lewis refused them because of their previous actions.

Ben became overwhelmed by anger again and left the pub, but as he left The Albert he saw a man run past him in a red hoodie.

He picked up a crowbar, the guy stopped and hit him over the head.

The man fell over and started kicking him.

Ben was given the shock of his life when he turned the guy over and it was actually Peter Beale.
