EASTENDERS legend Rita Simons posed with her daughter – who is also a huge TV star.
The 45-year-old actress, best known for playing Roxy Mitchell in the soap, beamed as she soaked up the sun alongside daughter Maiya Silveston.
Rita enjoyed quality time with her daughter on the weekend.
The former soap star looked glam in a leopard print top.
Maiya, with pink highlights in her hair, looked chic in a green halter-neck top.
They sipped drinks in the sunshine and Rita captioned the shot: “My girl and mama 
@maiya.sammy.”

Just earlier this year, fans were stunned to learn who her famous daughter was.
Maiya, one of Rita’s twin daughters with hairdresser ex Theo, was on CBBC’s Saturday Mash Up Live! to promote her new drama.
The 16-year-old plays Kaz in Silverpoint, a drama about four kids who went missing in the woods in 1997.
The show – set in a wholesome adventure camp that turns sinister – is a major BBC show spanning 13 episodes.
Her character runs away from the base in the middle of the night so the others go after her, only to find something strange in the woods.
Maiya appeared on Saturday Mash Up Live with co-stars Scarlett and Krish – posting a picture of them at the set in Glasgow.
Rita reposted it telling her followers: “Tune in!”
The soap star spoke about her daughter’s new role on Lorraine last year but explained she couldn’t give any details.

She said: “Maiya is currently away. I can’t say where and I can’t say what she’s doing.
Rita and Theo were together for 14 years but split the same year she took part in I’m A Celeb. The pair divorced two years later in 2020.
