BOW DOWN

EastEnders star unrecognisable dressed as David Bowie – can you guess who it is?

Worried, she talks about the situation to Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) and things get more awkward when she tries to confront Mick about their issues.

He avoids engaging with the subject but soon admits to an eavesdropping Mitch Baker (Roger Griffiths) that he can’t be intimate with Janine.

Mick continues to avoid Janine and goes for a run but he bumps into Mitch who doesn’t know what to say after their earlier conversation.

But once Karen Taylor (Lorraine Stanley) sets him straight, Mitch apologises to Mick for being awkward and asks him more about his troubles.

Mick tells his friend that his mind is stopping him from being intimate with Janine.

Meanwhile, Janine sees Billy for his birthday and brings him a gift… but the mood turns sour when Billy reveals Mick once had a short-lived affair with Mick in 2017.

EastEnders viewers may remember the pair sharing a few kisses here and there before putting their feelings to bed when Linda made a shocking return to Walford.

Janine sees red and storms over to Whitney to warn her away from her man.

She’s further deflated after failing to seduce Mick.

Hurt, she tells Billy that if the judge gives her custody of her daughter Scarlett at the upcoming hearing, she will leave Walford.

In later scenes, Frankie suggests Mick is more romantic so he takes Janine on a date but the latter realises her clothes have shrunk in the wash and has an idea to save the night.

When her plan doesn’t go well, Mick and Janine laugh the incident off but the former soon makes an admission which could change everything.

Could it prompt Janine to leave Walford quicker than expected?
