MELISSA Suffield has shared a picture of her “boob drunk” baby in a series of super-honest baby pictures.
The EastEnders actress welcomed her baby boy River on 16 March and has taken to Instagram to give fans a behind-the-scenes look at her life, including the not-so-glamorous moments of living with a newborn.
In one picture the former Lucy Beale star showed a snap of the baby fresh off feeding, and called it “boob drunk”.
In another snap she revealed she and her fiance Robert had switched roles and he had taken on nappy duties, only for three-day-old River to wee and poo himself with the nappy off, and then throw up sick all over himself.
After a follower questioned why she had shared the intimate picture, she added: “Because it’s hilarious in quite a bleak world right now. Also this is real life.”
She then called on her followers to share their own “disgusting” moments with their children.
The 26-year-old has been detailing the first few days of motherhood in graphic detail – including her own personal bowel movements.
Writing on Instagram stories, she exclaimed: “Just had my first s**t lads!”
It is very common for women to be constipated after giving birth.
Melissa then continued to keep it real for her followers as she shared a picture of herself doing a feed at 3am this morning.
Yesterday the actress, who had been patiently waiting for her little boy after going over her due date, broke the news she had given birth.
She told her fans: “River Jefferson Carter-Robinson. 16.03.2020
“What a perfect little human we appear to have made. We could not be more obsessed with you.”
In September, HOAR Online revealed that the 26-year-old actress was expecting her first child with fiance Robert Brendan.
Melissa shot to fame playing Ian Beale’s daughter Lucy in EastEnders between 2004 and 2010, joining the BBC One soap at the age of 11.
She and 37-year-old Robert previously told us that they were due to welcome their bundle of joy in mid-March.
The pair met in 2017 while performing in a production of Beauty and the Beast together.
The romance has since gone from strength to strength, with the loved-up couple buying a house together earlier this year.
