EMMERDALE fans are convinced Cain and Cara will get back together after their explosive showdown over son Nate.
During tonights episode the former lovers thrash it out and reveal what really happened all those years ago when Cara left the village.
On Thursday Cara Robinson returned to the village and soon discovers her son Nate had been sleeping with Cains wife Moira.
She is determined to get her son to leave with her and stay away from the Dingle family but hes insistent on staying.
Cain decides to try and clear the air with her and discuss the past after Nate arrived as surprise and proceeded to wreak havoc on his life.
Cara had lied to Nate telling him that Cain didnt want to have anything to do with him when in reality he had no idea that he even existed.
Cain explains to her that it was all his mum Faiths doing and tries to understand why she had lied to Nate about him.
Despite the animosity, those watching at home think there could be a future between the pair once again.
One person commented: “Cain and Cara will sleep together I can see it happening. #emmerdale.”

Nate meanwhile is determined to try and stay in the village and is reluctant to leave with his mum.
Moira is desperate to get him to leave and decides to confront Cara and tell her that the Dingle family is riddled with mental health issues.
Cara isnt completely convinced though so will she manage to get Nate to leave or will she end up staying herself and rekindling her romance with Cain?
