EMMERDALE fans are disgusted with Al Chapman after his campaign to drive Chas Dingle out of the Woolpack intensified.
The businessman – who is played by actor Michael Wildman in the ITV soap – is trying to force Chas to sell up so he can develop the pub into luxury apartments.
Tonight he destroyed Marlon’s champagne deal and then tore up Chas’ first contact from son Aaron.
After successfully ruining Marlon’s deal, he couldn’t help but try to wind Chas up.
“Oh Al, you look very pleased with yourself – like a little boy who’s done his first stand-up wee,” she said.
“Do you really think that I haven’t had my fair share of men like you? Overconfident, underwhelming men and I’ve seen them all off. But you – you’re an amateur, a grubby little amateur.”
But he replied: “I’m sure you’ve had more than your fair share. Don’t judge – I can’t be a nasty irritation.
“Save yourself the heartache, Chas – take the money, before it’s too late.”
He walked into the pub to try and continue his scheming – and started flirting with Kerry.
As Chas came out and told him to go, Al carried on winding her up and viewers were disgusted.
One wrote on Twitter: “I know we’re all meant to love to hate Al. But I just hate him. He’s such a s*** baddie.”
Another added: “The sooner someone repeatedly punches Al in the face the better.”
A third even said: “If Meena could kill Al that would be great.”
