EMMERDALE fans have been left scratching their heads over the timeline in a recent episode concerning Moira Dingle.
In a confrontation with her son Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano) he brings up his parents wedding day, which supposedly took place 30 years ago.

Actress Natalie J Robb, who plays Moira, is 45 years old meaning she wouldve been 15 years old at her wedding to ex-husband John Barton (James Thornton).

In the episode, Matty confronted Moira over her drinking and announced his plans to leave the farmhouse.

He said: “You know what today is, right? 30 years ago today you and dad were married.
“I wonder what he’d think if he were here now? Maybe not much, given how you cheated on him too. Well, I am moving out. I can only take so much.”
Moira has been on a downward spiral ever since her husband Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) dumped her for sleeping with his long-lost son, Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter).

With her friends and family dropping her one by one, official spoilers now reveal that Moira will turn up at Cains next week and deliver the news that shes leaving.
She tells Cain that shes heading to Nana Bartons to get a breath of fresh air from the village.
