Robert cruelly split with Aaron last week, leaving fans of the relationship dubbed Robron devastated.

Robert and Aaron’s marriage was at threat already after Robert was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 14 years before parole.

Things worsened when a prison officer informed him that he was being moved to a prison on the Isle of Wight.

In order to spare them over a decade of pain, Robert decided to break it off with his husband in heartbreaking scenes in the prison visitation area.

He was calling Robert’s initial prison to arrange a visit, and was seen on the phone sitting alongside Liv.

In October, Robert was sentenced to life in prison for the killing of Lee Posner.

Lee had raped Robert’s sister Victoria before threatening to do it again causing Robert to hit him over the head with a shovel.

After weeks in hospital in a medically induced coma, Lee died from a bleed on the brain caused by Robert’s attack.

He handed himself in and plead guilty to murder to save Victoria from having to relive her rape trauma in court.
