EMMERDALE’s Dr Liam Cavanagh is set to be arrested after attacking Jacob Gallagher as he accuses him of raping his daughter Leanna.
The troubled teen – played by Joe-Warren Plant- has had a difficult few months following paedo Maya Stepneys abuse.
However, it appears Jacob has landed himself in yet another drama after bedding Leanna – played by Mimi Slinger – on the ITV soap.
During a recent episode, the pair shared a passionate kiss before sleeping together.
After sleeping with Leanna, Jacob became distant and quickly left.
Later, a confused and upset Leanna told Bernice she slept with Jacob but begs her not to tell her dad Liam.
However, when Leanna throws up in front of Liam as a result of taking the morning after pill, Bernice is forced to spill her secret.
The news results in Liam is barging into Jacobs Fold accusing Jacob of forcing his daughter in to sleeping with him.
Jacob is left stunned when Liam punches him.
Later, the village is left in shock when the GP is arrested under suspicion of assault.
Jacob has been struggling to cope in the aftermath of his abuse at the hands of evil teacher Maya.
The troubled teen wasgroomed by his dad David Metcalfes villain girlfriendover the past year and manipulated into a sexual relationship.
He has since left his family worrying sick byinsisting on waiting for his abuserto be released from prison.
But will his trouble with Liam and Leanna cause even more problems for Jacob?
