EMMERDALE fans have been left open-mouthed as killer Meena Jutla’s fate was finally sealed.
In scenes shown on last night’s episode, Liam Cavanagh finally caught up with Meena on the very same bridge from which she shoved his daughter Leanna to her death.
Holding a pitchfork up at Meena, Liam was still subjected to taunts from the killer, who branded Leanna the “stupidest” of her victims.
Liam rages “don’t even say her name” and fumes that Leanna wasn’t stupid, she just hadn’t realised people “could be as evil” as Meena.
As he turns to leave, Meena hits him with another barrage of taunts which finally causes Liam to flip, run back and throw the killer off the bridge.
Fans were in left in shock by the scene, although they were divided over whether Meena would survive the plunge.
