TRACY Metcalfe has Kirin Kotecha arrested next week in Emmerdale after he returns to the village and blackmails Charity over Johnny’s adoption.
Kirin has been on the run in America after mowing down Tess Harris in a car accident.

But Charity and Vanessa have been searching for him in recent weeks to get the green light for Johnny’s adoption.
Next week’s episodes of Emmerdale will see Charity have a change of heart and tell Priya she’s decided that Kirin’s presence would only complicate the adoption process.
But viewers will see someone watching Charity and Priya’s discussion from afar.
Later, outside Holdgate, Priya is stunned when Kirin approaches and asks for money.
She’s quick to warn him that she’ll call the police if he doesn’t leave.
But Kirin turns up again later and Priya is forced to tell him that Charity is adopting Johnny.
Kirin is shocked out of his skin and says he won’t allow it.
Later, a gleeful Charity explains to Tracy that she’s passed all of the background checks for the adoption process.
But her hopes and dreams are shattered when Kirin corners her and demands a huge amount of money – or he’ll stand in the way of the adoption process.
Later, Charity hands Kirin the money and tells him about Vanessa’s cancer diagnosis.
But it all kicks off as Kirin realises Charity’s money is nowhere near what he asked for.
Later, Paddy seems set on phoning the police, but Charity begs him not to.
Paddy finally backs off and lets Charity access the safe so she can get more money to pay Kirin off.
But it all kicks off when Charity’s money is still far lower than the amount Kirin asked for – again – and things quickly turn nasty between the pair.
They’re both stopped in their tracks, however, when Tracy rocks up along with the police.
Will Kirin be able to worm his way out of this one?
And will Charity finally be able to adopt Johnny?
