The Emmerdale actress was speaking to Holly and Phil on This Morning today as it was confirmed that the cast and crew were returning to filming following Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s easing of the lockdown measures.

Talking about how safe the set feels, Lisa said: “I feel safer at work than I do at home or in the supermarket.”

As Phil questioned what measures they were taking, Lisa explained that the floor has been marked out to show where everyone can stand.

“We have a lady with a bamboo stick that is two metres,” she laughed.

Lisa also explained the camera crew have screens to protect them

“The camera boys, they have the plastic screens in front of them so the virus can’t cross over. It’s incredible I cant believe how safe we are.”
