EMMERDALE’S Marlon Dingle was devastated tonight after Rhona Goskirk visited him in prison – and told him she thought he was guilty of killing Graham Foster.

Last night, viewers saw the father-of-two falsely arrested for murder and slung in prison.

Marlon Dingle was devastated tonight after Rhona Goskirk visited him in prison – and told him she thought he was guilty of killing Graham

And tonight, it seemed like he didn’t have all that many supporters when Rhona turned up and started quizzing him assuming he did it.

Marlon ended up screaming: “Of course I didn’t. I’m facing here for the rest of my life and you are telling me you think I did it.”

Referring to their son, he told her: “I am begging you. You’re grieving – I get it. But I’m Leo’s dad.

“I’m his daddy. You know me. I didn’t kill Graham. I didn’t kill him and I need you to go out there and prove it.”

Marlon lost his temper after Rhona expressed doubt

She insisted she didn’t want to, saying: “That’s what the police are for.”

But Marlon hit back: “They think I’m guilty. I know the odds are stacked against me. You can find out who his real enemies are.”

Unfortunately for Marlon, we didn’t get to hear her answer – and by the look on her face she wasn’t even slightly keen to help.

Fans were devastated for him, tweeting: “Im ready for Pierce to start making his presence know a bit more. Marlon doesnt deserve this! #Emmerdale.”

Rhona admitted she was frightened of what Marlon was capable of

Another posted: “Rhona you fool How many people were gunning for Graham that day Not just Marlon smh!! #Emmerdale.”

A third wrote: “Aw poor Marlon…#emmerdale.”

Last night, the police arrested Marlon after Priya Sharma told them she saw Marlon pin Graham against the door of his car and threatened to hit him because he thought he had taken his children April and Leo.

They continued to pile the pressure on Marlon when they mentioned he was alone in the woods close to where Graham’s body had been found and around the time he was killed.

He told them he had arranged to meet Graham in the woods, but he did not show up and he did not see him when he eventually arrived.

The police then bought up Marlon having motive to kill the former businessman, as well as mentioning the fact that there is no love lost between the pair.

And things got worse for the lovable Dingle character after the police searched his house and found the torch Pierce Harris used to land the fatal blow to the back of Graham’s head.

His blood was on the torch and as Marlon had held it earlier in the day during when he confronted Graham and his fingerprints were on it, which led the police to believe they had got their man.
