And when she’s found and rushed to hospital – her nearest and dearest won’t be able to go near her due to social distancing rules.

However soap bosses have found a way around it – and they are using a dummy to make it seem as if Moira is next to her ex Cain.

Cain makes the decision to stay with Moira over night and watch over her, sitting by her legs – something that filming restrictions don’t allow for.

So instead bosses used a pair of fake legs under the blankets and sent Natalia away from the scenes to ensure safety.

Scenes will show Cain talking to Moira as she lays unconscious – but the Moira he’s talking to isn’t actually there.

Clever camera tricks will make it seem as if they are together when in fact the legs Cain are near belong to the dummy.

Executive producer Jane Hudson said: “There are some clever camera tricks involved.”

But she also recently ruled out using mannequins for other shots – saying it was an insult to background extras.

She told HOAR Online: “I just think it’s quite insulting to supporting artists to say a mannequin can do your job.

“Our sets aren’t that big, if you put a mannequin back there, you’d be able to tell.

“And knowing our luck an arm would fall off. So no there will be none of that.”
