The actress revealed she had turned to meditation

“I tried so hard to breathe and had herbal remedies but when it gets that bad it’s almost a lost of cause.”

“Mainly annoying because it means by first day of routine has been ruined. And routine is what I need right now.

According to the NHS website, sleep paralysis “happens when you cannot move your muscles as you are waking up or falling asleep.”

Hetti revealed she had turned to “meditation, music and yoga” to help keep her mind occupied amid her anxiety over the pandemic.

She said: “Mediation, music and yoga is the answer. (And a bloody good progressive/innovative TV series.)”

It comes after 54 more people have today died across the UK after testing positive to coronavirus – with the death toll climbing to 335 in a day.

Hetti was on Eastenders until she was killed off in 2014.

She made her final appearance in the soap on February 19, 2015 in a special flashback episode that explored the unanswered questions from the night of her death.
