EX-EASTENDERS star Tracy-Ann Oberman accidentally sparked a bizarre Twitter war with US rapper Ice-T after tweeting that he is “racist” by mistake.

The 53-year-old star, who played Chrissie Watts in the BBC One soap, had meant to tag Ice Cube, who has been accused of sharing anti-Semitic memes online this week.

Tracy-Ann said she pressed the ‘wrong ice’ because she was on the toilet

Replying to another user, the British actress tagged Ice-T’s handle as she wrote “@FINALLEVEL is an out and out racist.

“He’s been exposed and I hope he gets called out by his contemporaries *deadening silence*.”

An eagle-eyed critic picked up on the blunder and posted a screenshot of the tweet, urging Ice-T to sue her.

Needless to say, the 62-year-old American musician was baffled by Tracy-Ann’s accusation, retweeting the fan and adding: “Who the F is @TracyAnnO ?? I have absolutely no idea who she is…”

Flustered Tracy-Ann quickly apologised for the blunder, claiming that she was on the toilet when she wrote the tweet.

She explained: “Hi FL well that will teach me … never tweet whilst p***ing . Pressed wrong Ice, didn’t even realise”.

Making a further jibe at the accusations surrounding Ice Cube, she added: “Although you may be a Nazi mural posting anti Semite for all I know. Go well and be safe”.

Tracy-Ann tweeted Ice-T again later in the evening, repeating: “Sorry for tweeting about you, I accidentally typed IceT not Ice Cube wasn’t concentrating.

Ice Cube has been accused of sharing a string of anti-Semitic memes on social media

“Happy to set the record straight @FINALLEVEL .. I know what it’s like to get messages aimed at someone else”.

Earlier this month, 50-year-old Ice Cube shared a photo of a London mural that is widely-considered to be anti-Semitic.

A journalist tweeted the star at the time to explain the negative connotations, accepting that he may not have been aware before, but Ice Cube refused to apologise or remove the tweet.

He instead wrote back: “My image was cropped. I get along with every race on the earth.”

The rapper faced further backlash today when he posted a stream of other memes that offended followers have accused of being anti-Semitic.
