She wore a blonde locks in a sleek bun and accessorised with a pair of heels and a cream Yves Saint Laurent handbag.

However, some fans were spooked out as they saw a second hand in the photo.

One said: “Lovely picture and not to creep you out but there looks like a second pair of fingers with red painted nails just underneath yours holding your baby boy.”

A second wrote: “Something very weird about that hand… can’t see red nail but definitely another hand.”

Another penned: “I think she’s been patting his back as the photo was taken so it’s just the motion of here hand caught making it look like there’s a second hand.”

Son Charlie was born in March earlier this year.

Helen also has two daughters Matilda, six, and Delilah, three.

The actress suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum, severe morning sickness that left her bed bound and was in and out of hospital during all three of her pregnancies.

Despite her experience, Helen revealed that she’s keen to have baby four.

She told OK! magazine: “When you feel so dreadful, you do think, ‘No way, I will absolutely never have another baby,’ but as soon as Charlie arrived I just thought, ‘You’re so worth it.’”

She added: “I wouldn’t rule out another. I’ve always said in my head I wanted four.”
