HELEN Flanagan has revealed her kids bath and bedtime routines have left her exhausted after all-night tantrums and bickering.
The former Coronation Street star shared a selfie with daughter Delilah, three, on Instagram and asked if any of her followers experienced similar issues.
She wrote: “Anyone else find the bath/bed routine exhausting. By then I’m just tired and Delilah has tantrum after tantrum?
“Charlie cries and Matilda and Delilah bicker. Does this resonate with anyone else?”
Last month mum-of-three Helen proudly showed off her post-baby body four months after giving birth to son Charlie.

The 30-year-old looked incredible as she modelled some bits from Kim Kardashian’s underwear range Skims.
The star – who is also mum to Matilda, six, and Delilah – posed for some mirror selfies in a pair of brown briefs and a matching bra.
Helen captioned the post: “Four months post partum with my baby boy.”
And fans were in awe over her natural beauty and how great she looked.
One fan wrote: “You’re unreal!”
Another said: “Goddess.”
A third commented: “What a gorgeous mummy.”
Back in May the beauty was left horrified after mum-shamers trolled her incredible bikini body eight weeks after giving birth.
A source at the time told New magazine: “Criticism is hard for Helen as she’s openly admitted to being insecure and is very self-aware.
“The photo was a happy moment with her girls and she did feel content in her body.
“She got a lot of really lovely comments but the negative comments from mummy-shamers still crept in and they do hurt.”
Helen shares her three children with football player Scott Sinclair, 32.
