Chelsee recently opened up about her heartbreak after receiving racist abuse about her daughter.
The soap star from Eccles revealed she received a vile message online directed at Coco, her daughter with her ex Jack Malloy, who turns three next month.
Chelsee, who plays Goldie McQueen in the Channel Four soap Hollyoaks, shared the sickening message on her Twitter and Instagram, explaining that she wanted to speak out following the recent Black Lives Matter protests taking place across the globe in response to the death of George Floyd in America.
“You know what, I get nasty messages all day mostly about me!” the former Strictly Come Dancing runner-up wrote.
“I’m a big girl, I can handle that, but saying something so disgusting about my beautiful, innocent baby upsets me especially when there’s nothing you can do to protect them from people’s vile words.”
One of her followers commented on her tweet: “Why aren’t these people banned from social media?
“If you’ve got nothing nice to say- don’t say anything at all. Feel sorry for my kids growing up in this digital world.”
