MERCEDES McQueen awakened fully in tonight’s Hollyoaks and accused her own husband Sylver of shooting her.
The pub landlady – who is played by actress Jennifer Metcalfe in the Channel 4 soap – woke up last night and revealed she remembered who shot her before having an attack and falling back into her coma.
But tonight she revealed she remembered everything and promptly told police what her husband had done.
Despite a tearful reunion between the pair where he promised to stay by her side, she turned on him and told the waiting detectives.
She said: “I remember everything.“The Loft was empty, just me and a bottle of fizz and then bang, there was a shot.
“I turned, they had this look in their eye. I didn’t want to believe it. I was like, ‘you? My husband.’
“But it’s true, it was Sylver. Sylver McQueen shot me.”
Police then arrived at the pub to arrest Sylver but it was Breda who looked truly terrified that they were there for her.
Viewers know she has become the village’s biggest ever serial killer, murdering countless bad dads and keeping Tony Hutchinson locked up in her pig farm.
The winter spoiler trailer for the soap has revealed that it will be Mercedes who finds Tony being held captive in the farm over the next few months.
It was previously confirmed that Breda’s reign of terror would come to an end in the January edition of Hollyoaks Later.
