Much to Grahams delight in December, Rhona accepted the opportunity to work at a veterinary practice in France.
The vet has been planning her departure from Emmerdale with Graham and son Leo for some time now.
But Leos father Marlon is none the wiser about Rhonas plan to whisk off his son abroad.
However, Graham will leave her scheme in tatters when hes murdered next week in Emmerdale – after making more enemies than he can count on one hand.
So now it seems unlikely that Rhona will still go to France without Graham – but who knows.

Emmerdale launches the whodunit storyline next week, when Graham is murdered in cold blood by one of the many villagers with a grudge against the man in black.
The soap is venturing into non-linear storytelling by replaying the day of Grahams death from five different perspectives during each episode throughout the week.
The final episode of the week will be shown from Grahams point of view – and reveal who the killer is to viewers.

Speaking about Rhonas recent actions, actress Zoe Henry said to Metro.co.uk: “I think shes so aware that Kim has her watchful eye over her and Graham. They both feel that theyll never be happy with Kim around and she wont leave them alone. She seems to be omnipresent.
“Rhona has been a bit blindsided by how much she hates Kim, and how things have gone sour at the vets. Jamie has turned on her and shes feeling really uncomfortable about the whole situation. She feels that its all going wrong in the village of Emmerdale, so she wants to get away.”
On Rhonas plan, Zoe said: “As much as I can understand where shes coming from, I dont think shes thinking about the parental stuff around Leo.
“This is the second time Rhona has attempted to go abroad with him. As a parent myself, I think its appalling and unforgivable, really. I would never forgive anybody who did that to me.
“But again, shes not thinking so clearly theres a lot going on in her head. Rhona is just focused on escape and getting away, which is clouding her judgement.”
Are Rhona and Marlon going to get back together?
ITV bosses are yet to confirm any details of another hook-up between Rhona and Marlon.
However, next week Marlon is set to get the wrong end of the stick and lean in for a kiss – will Rhona decide they’re meant to be too?
Speaking to Metro, Zoe added: “I hope Rhona and Marlon can get back on track because theyve had a long history together and they share a child, so they need to get along. But its not looking good at the moment.”
