EASTENDERS actress Lorraine Stanley has posted a mystery behind-the-scenes picture of her as Karen Taylor with injured son Keanu in hospital.
Viewers of the BBC One soap watched Keanu prepare to board a flight out of the country after Martin staged his death.

Is Keanu returning to EastEnders?
EastEnders fans thought Keanu was gone for good after he said an emotional goodbye to his mum last week and prepared to jet off abroad for a new life.
However, actress Lorraine Stanley – who plays Karen Taylor – has teased that there may be another flashback episode revealing further details about what happened to Keanu ahead of his exit.
Lorraines Instagram snap shows Keanu sitting in a hospital chair with cuts on his face wearing a hospital gown and fans are wondering if its an unseen scene.
The mechanic was supposed to go to hospital to get treatment for a gunshot wound after being shot in the shoulder by a drunk Linda Carter.
However, as he was seen planning to flee the country, there was no mention of the gory injury being seen to.
The mystery has left some viewers wondering if Lorrains shot is from a yet-to-air scene on the soap giving further details of what happened to Keanu, with one fan commenting: “Just given away that keanu will get hospitalised.”
Another added: “What’s this a scene from anyone?”
Theres also the possibility that the snap is from a deleted scene.
So no, Keanu isnt returning to the soap any time soon as far as we know, but a flashback episode may fill in the gaps ahead of his departure.
Fans are convinced that Keanu will return to the soap for its upcoming milestone on 19 February.
One fan tweeted: Keanu will be back next month for the 35th.”
Another added :”Keanu will appear at the 35th anniversary and get revenge on Ben and confront Louise. ‘Never take a Taylor for a mug’.”
However, EastEnders are yet to confirm any details of his return and fans will have to wait and see.

Why did Keanu leave EastEnders?
In explosive Christmas episodes, Phil discovered that Keanu – the father of his daughter Louises baby – was also the father of his wife Sharons unborn baby.
Hardman Phil was bent on revenge and put his trust in son Ben to get revenge on Keanu.
But Ben chickened out and enlisted fruit and veg flogger Martin to do the dirty work, blackmailing him with the secret of Martins recent hit-and-run.
Martin didn’t have the heart to kill him, and in a shocking TV twist drunk Linda ended up helping him stage Keanus death before sending him out of the country.
