LOVE Island star Amy Day and ex-Eastenders actor Matt Lapinskas have sparked romance rumours as they are seen heading for a date night in London.

The Casa Amor bombshell, 25, was spotted looking cosy with actor turned builder Matt as they attended Dirty Dancing opening night gala at Richmond Theatr last night.

The pair linked arms as they strolled through London and appeared very affectionate with each other.

Amy dazzled in a plunging black corset and a pair of skinny jeans, she completed her glamorous look with a faux fur coat and a small designer handbag.

She opted for a neural make-up palette, and added some bronzer and heavy lashes.

The brunette beauty kept her tresses loose over her shoulders and donned a pair of large gold hoop earrings.

She beamed as she tenderly clasped Matt’s arm, who was also grinning from ear to ear.

The former Albert Square actor looked over the moon in the company of the stunning reality star.

In one photo, the soap star kept a fixed glance on Amy as the pair held each others gaze.

Matt looked dapper wearing a pair of white jeans and a crisp white shirt unbuttoned to the middle of his chest.

Keeping warm, he opted for a beige winter coat and a matching scarf.

The duo looked chuffed as they arrived at the event and posed for a series of photos.

Smiling at the camera, Amy and Matt appeared very comfortable in each others company.

Unfortunately Amy did not find love in the villa after coupling up with PE teacher Hugo Hammond, 24.

Speaking to host Laura Whitmore on After Sun, Amy said: “Oh, I’m cracking now to be out of the way of Hugo, really.”

The Surrey stunner called him “fake” and said he acted like he was on “the Hugo show”.

Amy certainly didn’t hold back as she also said: “I think to sum it up, Hugo says that he wants to stay true to himself – can you not be true to everyone else at the same time?”

Similar to Matt, Amy has also experienced acting success and hopes to a land part in EastEnders or Hollyoaks after leaving the ITV2 reality show.

The Surrey babe has performed on cruise ships and has featured in an episode of Humans, and dreams of one day featuring in the West End.

She said: “West End has always been a dream and also doing TV. Fingers crossed, manifest and hopefully you’ll see me on your screen soon.

“I’ve always loved Hollyoaks and Eastenders too. Soaps are my kind of thing but if I had to choose, Hollyoaks would be the one.”

Meanwhile, Matt is best known for playing Anthony Moon in the BBC soap from 2011 to 2012 and for his stint on 2013’s Dancing On Ice alongside skating pro Brianne Delcourt.

He swapped Albert Square for a construction site as he promoted his building business on Instagram last year.

During his time on the soap, Matt famously dated his co-star Shona McGarty but split while he participated in 2013’s Dancing On Ice.

Talking about his break-up from Shona at the time, he said: “I would have still done the show even though it’s cost me my relationship.

“It’s the show I wanted to do. People break up every day and it’s one of those things that came to an end.

“Me and Shona know the ins and outs of our relationship and that’s the way
it’s going to stay.

“That’s life. We are in the media limelight and it is publicised. I think my relationship is quite private, stuff has happened and it’s one of
those things.”

Since leaving the soap, Matt has starred in films The Seven and Dead Ringer.
