PAUL beats up his own son Vinny Dingle next week in Emmerdale when he confronts him about the gambling he’s been doing.

1. Belle spirals
Viewers will see a downtrodden Belle arrive home after a tortuous night at the police station.
The Dingles speculate over the identity of the new witness who’s given evidence against Belle.
Later, Sam realises Belle is falling behind on her medication and encourages her to take her pills.
But when the voice of Lisa tells Belle not to, she refuses to obey Sam.
2. Nate makes a reckless decision
Meanwhile, Nate is stunned when he learns the extent of Belle’s history with schizophrenia and fumes over Jamie hurting her.
Later, the Dingles are shocked when Nate offers to take the blame for the hit and run to protect Belle.
Cain is impressed by Nate’s bravery.
3. Tracy isn’t happy
But Tracy, who’s been listening to the entire conversation, rages at Nate for thinking of going to prison and leaving her behind.
However, later Cain and Nate arrive at the station.
Will Nate have the guts to go through with his plan?
4. Gabby tries to destroy Leyla’s relationship
Gabby is hurt when Leyla reminds her that her job at Take a Vow is only temporary.
And later, when Gabby spots Meena and Liam sharing a drink, she spots an opportunity to split Leyla and Liam up.
But it’s not long before she’s left regretting her reckless decision.
Will Leyla discover what she’s up to?
5. Dan’s benefits claim is rejected
Dan puts on a facade while talking to Cain and tells him he’s ready to return to work.
But it’s not long before Dan finds himself stuck under a car – and crying out in pain.
Later, Dan learns that his benefits claim has been rejected.
Will he tell Amelia?
6. Paul turns to gambling again
Viewers will see Paul gambling again behind Vinny and Mandy’s backs, despite recently making Mandy beg for forgiveness after daring to accuse him of falling off the wagon.
And disaster strikes when, after a big win, Paul can’t help himself and gambles his winnings away.
Later, viewers will realise that Paul has stolen Ellis’ watch to try and win back his money that he has gambled away.
Later, Vinny is suspicious when the watch mysteriously turns up and returns home to investigate.
7. Paul attacks Vinny
Vinny later finds Paul at the scrapyard and accuses him of stealing the watch.
But Paul loses control and reacts violently, lashing out at his son.
Viewers will then see Paul do a runner and leave poor Vinny battered and in pain on the floor.
