Stacey Fowler returns to EastEnders TONIGHT for one off episode during Lacey Turners maternity leave

STACEY Fowler is returning to EastEnders for a special one-off cameo – but she won’t be back for long.

The character – played by Lacey Turner – fled from Walford with her husband Martin after an attack from Phil Mitchell.

Stacey’s brief return is set to be explosive

But while her character is going through the perils of a soap opera, Lacey has been off for maternity leave after giving birth to her baby daughter Dusty Violet, who she had with husband Matt Kay in July.

Her character will be back after her leave, but she is returning for Monday night’s episode as part of Martin’s story.

Ben Mitchell threatened to kill Stacey and their kids if they don’t stay away.

Martin secretly meets his wife at a hotel, where Stacey is alarmed by his injuries after his fight with Ben.

She sees the marks on Martin’s face and has some words to say

The Sun Online originally revealed she was returning to the Square earlier this year.

An Insider told The Sun Online: “Lacey was back very briefly to film a couple of scenes as part of her ongoing storyline involving the Mitchell family.”

While her character is threatened, Lacey, 31, has been loving life with her new daughter and husband.

She gave birth to Dusty in July after suffering two tragic miscarriages before.

Her actual return will be much later on
Ben and Martin brawled as their relationship turns more toxic

The couple revealed they picked their daughter’s name, Dusty Violet Kay, after finding it online.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, Lacey said: “It wasn’t on our original list but we did an internet search for ‘pretty girls’ names and we both said it at the same time!

“Her middle name is Violet, which I also love.

“We’ve had mixed reactions, people either think it’s really cool or they don’t really know what to say!”

Matt added: “The only other Dusty I know is Dusty Springfield. We do like Dusty Springfield but she wasn’t named after her!”
