STRICTLY Come Dancing fans were left in tears tonight as Kelvin Fletcher paid tribute to his childhood sweetheart.
Viewers were overcome with emotion as the former Emmerdale star heaped praise on his wife Liz.
And they took to Twitter to make their feelings known.
One wrote: “Im welling up listening to @kelvin_fletcher talk about his wife on Strictly Come Dancing haha #Strictly”.
Another said: “Hearing @kelvin_fletcher speak so passionately about his wife and family before his dance deserved 10s across the board.
“Men showing and sharing their feelings can only be a positive. #StrictlyComeDancing”.
A third added: “Omg @kelvin_fletcher and his family are the cutest, literally had to put my fingers in my ears not to cry to his vt!
“Already wanted you to win but after that, you better! #strictly #kelvintowin”.
A fourth said: “Kelvin talking about his wife has left me in tears!”
A fifth said: “Awwww, Kelvin is sooo cute!”
The couple tied the knot in November 2015 and share daughter Marnie Molly together.
Speaking about their musical themed wedding day, which included having their first dance to The Carpenters Weve Only Just Begun with Hello! magazine, she gushed: “It wasnt until we listened to it recently that we realised how significant the words were.
“And that even though we have been together for years, this is the beginning of a whole new level to our relationship.”
Kelvin admitted: I was really worried that after the birth, Liz wouldnt want any more kids but a couple of days after Marnie was born, Liz told me she couldnt wait to have another baby!
