Strictly’s Maisie Smith smiles in crop top as she leaves hotel with Max George on tour

STRICTLY’S Maisie Smith was all smiles as she left a Newcastle hotel with Max George ahead of their next tour show.

The former EastEnders star, 20, who is best known for playing Tiffany Butcher in EastEnders, looked in high spirits as she checked out of the Hilton Hotel in the northern city.

Maisie showed off her natural beauty with not an inch of make-up on her face and tied her fiery red hair back into a slick bun.

The soap star kept it casual in some grey joggers, a matching crop top and black hoodie.

She completed the look with a pair of white New Balance trainers and kept all her belongings in a Reebok holdall bag.

Meanwhile The Wanted singer Max, 33, looked stylish in some black tracksuit bottoms, a matching top and a bomber jacket.

He accessorised with a pair of khaki Converse and a brown beanie hat.

The Strictly tour continued today with two shows in Newcastle.

The cast performed earlier today and will do so again tonight at 7.30pm at the Utilita Arena.

They will then head 146 miles down south to Manchester for their next location.

Maisie had to jump in last minute to fill 2021 finalist AJ Odudu’s shoes after hurt her ankle.

The TV star recently praised dance partner Kai Widdrington, 26, for his patience.

Speaking to HOAR at the Strictly tour launch in Birmingham, Maisie said: “He’s been very patient. I can take a while to pick up  things, but he’s been really supportive.

“We’ve had a lovely time, laughing and getting along like a house on fire.”

Maisie starred in the eighteenth series of the BBC dance competition in 2020.

She placed second alongside dance partner Gorka Marquez, 31.

But the star is most famous for playing Tiffany Butcher in EastEnders.

She took on the role of the make-up influencer in 2008, but quit the soap back in October 2021.

The star is currently busy performing on the Strictly live tour alongside Rose Ayling-Ellis, Giovanni Pernice, Sara Davies, Aljaž Škorjanec, Max George, Katya Jones, Tilly Raamsay, Nikita Kuzmin, Rhys Stephenson, Nancy Xu, John Whaite and Johannes Radebe.

The tour is hosted by Janette Manrara and their performances are judged by Craig Revel Horwood, Shirley Ballas and Bruno Tonioli.
