Amazon sellers are flogging units, but they’re vastly overpriced.

You should be paying far off £279.99 for a Nintendo Switch, so ignore sellers trying to peddle units for £450 or more.

Nintendo Switch Lite deals – where to buy

The Switch Lite is more widely available.

It’s actually far cheaper than the Switch at £199, but it does have some downsides.

The Switch Lite is a cheaper alternative designed with portability in mind

The main one is that it doesn’t connect to your telly, so you can only use it as a handheld console.

Also, the controllers aren’t detachable, which removes the fun local multiplayer aspect of the Switch proper.

Still, if you’re just looking to play Nintendo games on a handheld, the Switch Lite is a great way to go.

Argos is offering the Switch Lite at its regular price, but stock is limited.
