BEN Shephard refused to shut down rumours he’s Badger on The Masked Singer.

The Good Morning Britain host chose to IGNORE his co-presenter Charlotte Hawkins when she grilled him on today’s show.

Ben Shephard dodged questions about being Badger

“Do we think that the Badger could be Ben Shephard?”, she wondered.

Blanking her question, Ben replied: “There is no way, if you were the Sausage, you wouldn’t be happy telling everyone as well. That would be pride of place.”

Not giving up, Charlotte asked: “Ben can you recreate some of the moves to see if it could be you?”

Ben then did some dad dancing from behind his GMB desk – but admitted: “I feel a bit more like Matt Lucas dancing rather than the Badger.”

Who’s behind the mask?

Cheeky Richard Arnold joked: “We’ve all put on the quarantine 15, Ben.”

Ben’s secrecy left The Masked Singer fans still unsure about whether or not he’s behind the mask.

After this weekend’s ITV show, some are convinced that Badger is James Blunt following a strange clue about medals.

This week Badger performed Miley Cyrus’ Wrecking Ball – and many believe it could be the You’re Beautiful singer.

Before singing for the judging panel, Badger gave a mysterious clue to audiences alluding to the fact that he had collected “medals”.

Quick-thinking fans linked this with James Blunt, a former captain in the Life Guards regiment of the British Army.

The 46-year-old served for six years, including fighting in the 1999 Kosovo War and later becoming a members of the Queen’s guard.
