BRIT Awards 2022 viewers are all saying the same thing about host Mo Gilligan as he replaces Jack Whitehall to front the show.
Mo, 33, made his debut hosting the awards tonight, taking over from Jack, 33, who presented it for four years.
But it seems The Masked Singer judge Mo is a hit with viewers, as they took to Twitter to praise the comedian.
One wrote: “Omg Mo Gilligan presenting the brits this year. Thank u.”
Another said: “Petition for Mo to present the Brits every year from now on.”
And a third said: “Mo Gilligan is brilliant.”
Speaking about hosting the Brits at London’s O2 Arena, Mo said he was hoping not to offend any of his pop star friends with his jokes.
He told the Evening Standard: “A lot of musicians, I know them personally, they are friends. I don’t want to lose any friendships at the expense of a few jokes.
“I’m excited to be among musicians.
“Hopefully they accept me as one of their own. Because I’m from the world of comedy they might think, ‘Mo’s going to get me!’”
