Jeremy, who played Millies stepdad Mike, is suing Zodiak Kids Studio UK Ltd for more than 100,000.
Central London county court papers say the ex-Holby City heart-throb had to repeat the throw over and over in 2016 without training. They add he suffered a significant back injury.
As a result he cannot act in any role that requires manual work or physical exertion limiting his earnings, say the documents.
Jeremy, of Winchester, Hants, says he missed out parts in US drama Reign and TV adverts.
A judge told a preliminary hearing it was accepted that he should have had training.
Insurers admit liability but contest the amount.
The case will resume at a later date.
