SIMON Cowell is using a 75,000 abs treatment to help achieve his dream of a rippling six-pack.

The X Factor star, 60, has been treated to pricey sessions with the TESLA Former kit by his best pal Sinitta, 56, for his birthday as he continues his dramatic transformation.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, Sinitta said: “For his birthday I got him this machine that you exercise with for half an hour everyday and it absolutely rips your abs to shreds.

“So look out for him on the beach in Barbados this Christmas.”

The toning kit can be used all over the body and targets motor nerves in the muscles giving the same feeling as a high intensity workout.

Sessions with the machine last 30 minutes and help to burn fat, build muscle and improve posture.

Simon has stunned fans after going vegan this year, shedding one and a half stone in weight in the process.

And Sinitta is to thank for giving him a nudge in the right direction.

She explained: “When its your best friend, and theyre not looking healthy or good anymore, a good friend does say something. A bad friend thinks ‘haha great. Ill be the good looking one and youll be the one who doesnt look so good.’

“It was a loving chat, and he took it to heart and was really sweet. He wasnt offended because I did do it lovingly.

“He said ‘I promise you that you’re not going to recognise me the next time you see me.’”

“And you could have knocked me over with a feather because he went from looking like his dad to looking like his son.

“I think hes feeling pretty good.Could he become any more vain. For a vain guy he really let go for a while.

“But now hes going for the six-pack, the whole thing.”
