X FACTOR: Celebrity viewers were furious after Nicole Scherzinger said she wants to get naked while lusting over Try Star’s Thom Evans.
The rugby band – made up of Thom Evans, Ben Foden, and Levi Davis – put on their sexiest performance to date as they danced to X Ambassadors’ Boom as rain poured down on them.
By the end of the performance all bandmates were shirtless, much to the delight of the former Pussycat Dolls singer.
In her feedback, she said: “Wow, as far as I’m concerned you guys can boom boom boom however you want want want.
“Seriously that was one of my favourite performances, not because you’re hot and wet and naked, but because your performance was crazy.
“Rain never looked better in London. And I thought it was very tasteful. I just want to say that I’m having the time of my life.”
She then blurted out: “I want to get naked! I want to get naked with them!”
Viewers were not impressed with the lustful display and took to Twitter to call out the behaviour.
One person wrote: “If Simon were to swoon over V5 like nicole just did over tristar there would be hell.”
Another added: “So if a man was being as sexualised toward a group of 3 women as Nicole Scherzinger was to those 3 Rugby guys…. ??????”
A third said: “Stop your sexist comments Nicole! Imagine Louie saying that over V5!”
This comes after The Sun on Sunday revealed Nicole is dating Scottish hunk Thom Evans.
The star – who split from tennis ace Grigor Dimitrov this year – enjoyed a romantic evening with the former rugby player in London earlier this week.
Insiders on the show said the pair flirted for weeks before he finally asked the singer out.
An ITV source said: “Thom is completely Nicole’s type. And for his part, Thom was smitten early on – he’s always said Nicole is one of the most beautiful women in the world.
“He fancied her long before meeting her on the show. He was initially a bit nervous about starting something up and ruining his chances on the series, but they had great chemistry from the off.
“And after weeks of texting, Thom finally plucked up the courage to ask her out, and took her for dinner.
They met up with friends, all had drinks, and were laughing and joking the whole night. They looked to be having the time of their lives.
“They both want to focus on the series for now though, and then see what may or may not progress once the show has wrapped. But Nicole deserves to meet someone lovely and everyone is hopeful this will work out.
